Is the domain registration included in your hosting plans?

No, domain registration is not included in our hosting plans. (If there is promo!!! You may ask our sales) you need to pay additional charge for that. We always ask for domain whether it’s registered or not in ordering procedure. If your domain is not registered then you have to pay for domain registration charges.

What is your support agreement?

Yes, sure!, You just have to change the nameserver in your domain control panel, which we will give u along with welcome mail after getting signup and payment. We will fully help in that if you will face any problem.

What is Bandwidth and how it's calculated?

Can I transfer my domain to your server even after its expiration?

If your domain is registered with Public Domain Registry (PDR) then only you can transfer it to our server after it's expiration also otherwise not.

How about billing is monthly or yearly?

Can I upgrade my Hosting Plan later on? If yes, what is the process for that?

Yes, you can upgrade the Hosting Plan at anytime. You need simply place an Upgrade Order from your Member Control Panel (given to manage your all account with I-MAP) and pay the difference amount of both of your plans.

Is your affiliate program gives monthly recurring commission or one time?

We send commission via cheque on monthly basis or add funds in your Partner Account as per your requirement. We send you cheque as soon as your commission reaches to Php. 1000/-. If your commission goes below Php. 1000/- then we will transfer the fund to next month cycle.

What is the process for domain transfer if it's not registered with PDR?

You can transfer your domain from other registrar to us. Your domain will be transferred and renewed for 1 year from current expiration date. Before transferring your domain please insure that your domain status should be unlocked and you have to initiate the transfer before 10 days of expiration and after 60 days of date of domain registration date. 1. Initially you have to receive domain secret (or Authorization Code) from your existing domain registrar. 2. Please place a order for domain transfer with the help of below link: http://www.imapweb.com/ 3. The Administrative Contact for the Domain Name will receive an e-mail from Dot Pulse Internet for the Transfer Authorization process, which needs to be approved within 5 days. 4. After approving the transfer process from your side it will take nearby 5 to 7 days to complete the transfer process.

How much time it takes to transfer one hosting server to another without affecting company’s efficiency?

You can transfer all hosting services to other server within 24 hours which is required for DNS propagation and this process will not at all affect your current services provided that you don't terminate your previous hosting services before it get transferred completely at new server.
